At the assessment on 8 November 2024, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with regulation 18 Staffing: Appropriate arrangements were in place to assess staff learning and development needs. The practice demonstrated good oversight of this area. Staff had completed continuing professional development as per recommended guidance. This included completing training in sepsis awareness, legal and ethical issues, radiography and autism and learning disability.
