Care and support plans reflected people’s health and social care needs. Relevant assessments were completed and up-to-date, from pre-admission through to ongoing reviews of care, including cultural and gender preferences.

Equity in experiences and outcomes
People’s feedback was used to create a “Customer Experience” booklet which provides people and all interested stakeholders details about the service, it’s achievements and planned improvements.
The manager told us they are well supported by the provider to share guidance and learn from the experiences of other branches to help develop the service.
The provider had systems in place to ensure people, staff and professional feedback was received. We reviewed the minutes of a recent meeting and a quality audit, which included an assessment of people's experiences and involvement.
