People were involved in their care planning and their preferences, likes and needs were clearly documented. Staff worked in line with these and demonstrated a commitment to promoting people’s rights and choices. The provider had systems in place to ensure people were encouraged to give feedback, and this was used to drive improvement.

People told us they were involved in their care planning, their preferences, likes and needs were clearly documented. People felt respected and valued by staff.

Staff respected people's individual preferences and demonstrated a commitment to promoting people’s rights and choices. Staff showed a compassionate approach toward people they cared for.

The provider had systems in place to ensure people were encouraged to give feedback, and this was used to drive improvement. People and their relatives were involved in care plan reviews and were able to give feedback about their care. Care plans contained information for staff from healthcare professionals to ensure advice and guidance was followed.
