Equity in experiences and outcomes
People receiving support and relatives confirmed they felt able to contact the office if they had any questions or concerns about the care they received.
Care workers completed training courses covering equality, diversity and inclusion.
The provider had an equality and diversity policy. As part of the initial needs assessment the cultural and languages preferences of the person were identified and, whenever possible, they were matched with a care worker with a similar background who could communicate in their preferred language.
